Loss of crown or excessive pressure within the variable crown roll can lead to quality issues in manufactured products. Our static test will let us check for proper crown deflection, while our dynamic testing process will:

• Test the roll at PRG standardized rotational speeds
• Bring the roll to operating temperature
• Determine leakage rate of pressurized roll
